About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Vice President of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to lead the development of a cutting-edge CRM function nationwide. The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven track record in implementing and optimizing CRM systems, especially with Salesforce. A data-driven mindset is crucial, as is the ability to write SQL and analyze performance metrics to inform impactful decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing CRM operations across multiple prestigious brands
- Developing innovative segmentation strategies
- Expanding channel engagement to enhance customer interaction
- Fostering a test-and-learn culture that delivers measurable results
- Leading system upgrades and enhancements
- Designing and analyzing segmentation strategies
- Operationalizing multi-channel marketing initiatives
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in CRM or marketing
- Advanced technical skills in analytics, SQL, and customer data strategy
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platform deployment
- Desirable experience launching new engagement channels, including SMS
- Strong leadership ability to manage a fully remote team and collaborate across various departments
- A comfort level in a building environment, handling ambiguity, and a focus on enhancing long-term customer engagement and lifetime value growth
