About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Account Management to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving growth through strategic account management and revenue expansion. This role involves nurturing and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of global customers. The VP will be responsible for strategic account planning, solution upsell and cross-sell, relationship management, client advocacy, contract management, executive engagement, and customer health monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and at least 10 years of experience in sales and/or account management leadership within the healthcare technology or related industry. Applicants for the VP, Account Management position at the company should possess a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in managing and growing strategic accounts. The role requires a candidate with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive measurable results. A deep understanding of the US health plan market, including payer business models, priorities, and challenges, is preferred. The candidate should have a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and experience with CRM platforms.
