Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
n
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
n
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.
n
• Prepare and manage necessary project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
n
• Monitor field progress and maintain communication with senior management regarding project status.
n

Qualifications and Skills:
n

n
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field .
n
• 3–7+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
n
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications.
n
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and Bluebeam; knowledge of Procore is a plus.
n
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
n

Skills:
n

n
• Manufacturer training certifications (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.).
n
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) integration.
n
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships.
n
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
n
