Senior Director, Recruitment @ WhiteCap Search | Accounting & Finance

Mid size tax and accounting firm with a family oriented team culture is looing to hire an additional senior to work on a mix of tax and accounting. This is a full?time position, responsible for performing tax and accounting work as assigned. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. This is a hybrid role!
Job Function

• Executes accurate and timely preparation of all individual, partnership and corporate tax returns.
• Performs orderly management of tax workpapers.
• Assists in issues of tax resolution.
• Researches tax law and regulation updates.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Partners and staff to review work and discuss changes, as needed, to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client relations
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus.
• 3?5 years in recent public accounting.
• Experienced in the preparation of large, complex tax returns, tax and accounting within the Real Estate industry, and timely, effective reviewing of team member work.
• Knowledge of automated CCH tax software and tax research tools.
