RN Center Director
Location:Washington, D.C.
Schedule:Full-time, MondayFriday
We are seeking a dedicatedRN Center Directorto lead daily operations at our ambulatory surgery center. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Supervise nursing staff and manage HR and credentialing processes.
- Collaborate with medical directors, board members, and leadership teams.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Manage vendor services and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor budgets and promote cost-effective resource use.
Qualifications
- RN license in Washington, D.C.
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
- 1+ year of healthcare management experience.
- 1+ year of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
- CPR and ACLS certifications.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
