Key Responsibilities Coordinate event sales logistics and timelines from initial inquiry to event execution Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding event details and sales processes Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients Maintain accurate client records, track leads, and update internal sales systems Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure event success Conduct site visits, attend planning meetings, and support event execution as needed Analyze post-event data and assist in reporting key metrics to evaluate sales impact Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events Benefits
