Summary
It is the responsibility of the Installation & Dismantle Supervisor to oversee the delivery, set up, operation, and dismantlement of equipment for customers and clients. Supervise labor calls and the set up and dismantle of exhibits. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for keeping the installation/dismantle of exhibit projects on track in accordance to pre-determined key milestones.
Effectively leads/assigns labor crews on site to ensure a successful install/dismantle of a customer's exhibits.
Understand proper procedures to complete paperwork pertaining to the Installation and Dismantle Department.
Manage I&D operation of assigned events.
Has a strong understanding of show site operations, venue offerings and local union jurisdictions.
Cross functionally collaborates with internal departments on show site.
Ensure the Planner has everything they need to perform their jobs successfully and at times will do the planning.
Responsible for and abides by all on site safety regulations.
Supports the maintenance of show files for year over year reference.
Manages time tracking.
Manage all Installation and Dismantle show floor operations while maintaining high profile with clients.
Education & Experience
At least 3+ years of Exhibit and/or show site operations industry experience.
Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external customers.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
