Job Description:
This role will assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account.
The functional work performed supports processes related to Account Openings, Contract/Client Agreement management, Records Management and large complex projects.
Review and approve documentation and information related to new account requests and account maintenance events
Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processe
Document management including systemically reviewing, identifying, and notating according to new document management directives
Various project support tasks
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication Experienced user of Microsoft Office products High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment bility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency bility to work independently and in a team setting
RATE RANGE: 24.23-29.23/HR (negotiation expected)
