SUMMARY
Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Maintenance Artisan
to support ongoing facility upkeep and improvement projects. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks—from deep cleaning and organizing to light carpentry and minor repairs. We are seeking an individual who can take direction, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results that contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Follow verbal and written instructions to complete maintenance and improvement projects safely and effectively
Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and reorganizing areas within the facility
Complete minor repairs, including replacing doorknobs, changing light bulbs or tubes, patching walls, and adjusting doors
Pick up and transport tools, equipment, or supplies from local hardware stores as needed.
Follow all company safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Demonstrate consistent attendance, dependability, and professionalism in completing assignment.s

Valid driver’s license required
Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to research and learn new maintenance tasks when needed
Skills
Must be able to read, write, and understand English to effectively follow instructions and communicate with team members
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to assess basic repair needs and determine practical, safe solutions
Ability to research or learn new techniques for unfamiliar repair or improvement tasks
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide valid documentation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and use of hands
Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Use of ladders, hand tools, and light power equipment
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs; occasional lifting and/or moving up to 30 lbs
Vision requirements include close and distance vision, perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to drive a motor vehicle as part of the job responsibilities
