We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer with experience in 3D modeling software, including SolidWorks or SolidEdge. In this role, you will support mechanical design projects involving sheet metal components and surface modeling. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, attention to detail, and experience creating accurate and manufacturable models and drawings.
Responsibilities:
Create and revise 3D models and drawings for mechanical components using SolidWorks or SolidEdge
Design sheet metal parts, assemblies, and enclosures
Perform surface modeling for complex geometries
Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility
Qualifications:
Proficiency in SolidWorks or SolidEdge
Experience with sheet metal design and surface modeling
Strong knowledge of mechanical drafting standards
