Warm Mendham Family seeking a Full-Time Live-In Nanny for G3 & B1
Care to begin ASAP. Schedule is 5–6 days per week, 7:00AM–7:00PM with 1–2 days off.
Responsibilities:
All childcare-related duties for G3 & B1
Diapering, potty training, and hygiene management
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Developmentally focused play, reading, crafts, outdoor time
Organizing play areas, toys, and children’s wardrobes
Children’s laundry (wash, dry, fold, rotate sizes/seasonal items)
Driving to/from school, activities, and playdates
Assisting with bath, story, and bedtime routines
Light household tasks: grocery shopping, loading/unloading dishwasher, tidying shared spaces, organizing pantry/fridge
Schedule:
5 or 6 consecutive days on, 1–2 days off
7:00AM–7:00PM
Occasional flexibility needed
Travel required (domestic & international)
Household Notes:
G3 attends school M–F, 8:30AM–12:00PM
B1 is currently home with an NCS through February
Mother is transitioning back to work; father has demanding schedule
Friendly 140-lb dog in home; nanny must be dog-friendly
No additional pets permitted in the nanny’s residence
Ideal Candidate:
Warm, calm, proactive, reliable, patient, and highly organized
Strong communication skills and confident working as a team with involved parents
Experience in a live-in role preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development and routine-based care
Passport ready and able to travel internationally
Willing to collaborate on parenting approach and consistent discipline
Compensation:
$30–$35/hour, paid through payroll
Private on-property apartment (with washer/dryer and kitchen)
Use of family-provided SUV
Health insurance offered

Requirements:
3+ years of nanny experience with toddlers
Live-in experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Valid passport and ability to travel
CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Fluent English
