Full-Time Live-Out Nanny | Upper East Side, NYC $40-$50/hr DOE | Health Stipend + Relocation Support Local & Relocation Candidates Welcome A returning Hudson Staffing family is seeking a full-time, live-out Nanny for their two school-aged children on the Upper East Side. This is a long-term role with a kind, warm, and respectful family looking for someone who can become part of their household for years to come. Schedule: -Monday-Friday during the school year (typically 11am-8pm or 12pm-8pm, with some flexibility) -Summer Schedule: The family spends summers in the Hamptons. Candidate must be able to work weekends in the summer, with two weekdays off instead (5 days on/2 days off). Compensation & Benefits: -$40-$50/hour (depending on experience) -Health stipend -Relocation stipend available for candidates moving to NYC Ideal Candidate: -Strong background in education or child development -Energetic, active, and hands-on -Prioritizes safety and has a proven track record with school-aged children -Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable -Able to assist with family-related tasks such as: •Light tidying and organizing •Scheduling activities and playdates •School pickups/drop-offs •Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities Requirements: -Minimum of 3-5+ years of nanny experience -Long-term references showing commitment and longevity -Comfortable with a dynamic schedule, especially during summer months -Open to travel (primarily summer travel to the Hamptons) -Local to NYC or willing to relocate (with stipend) mast be able to travel, internationally, and domestically.
