Accountabilities:
Lead the design and execution of top-tier websites and creative assets using Webflow and CMS platforms. Collaborate with clients across the design pipeline to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery. Train, mentor, and support junior designers in adopting design best practices and improving performance. Refine workflows and SOPs in collaboration with senior team leads to boost efficiency. Act as a key liaison between design and other departments to support seamless operations. Contribute to product improvements by analyzing client feedback and design trends. Step into various roles as needed to support team success and operational continuity. Ensure branding consistency and quality across all visual outputs, including websites and advertising materials. Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Webflow and CMS platforms; capable of building and editing responsive, visually striking websites. Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for web customization. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Proven ability to create user-centric designs that balance creativity with functionality. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams. Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in design. Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn and evolve with trends. Prior experience in mentoring or guiding design team members is a strong asset. Benefits
