In this creative role, you'll adapt title artwork into your native language, ensuring visual appeal, cultural relevance, and linguistic accuracy. Accountabilities:
Design and localize English title images into culturally appropriate and visually consistent graphics in your native language. Create both 2D and 3D assets from scratch following detailed creative briefs and technical specs. Provide expert input on cultural design adaptations to ensure regional resonance and avoid missteps. Work within a fast-paced, remote team environment with short turnaround deadlines (typically 8 hours per title). Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D modeling tools, and JIRA (training provided) to manage your workflow. Commit to designing a minimum of two titles per week, with steady freelance engagement. Requirements
Native speaker of the target market's language with deep cultural awareness and sensitivity to local design aesthetics. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and typography, including handling multilingual scripts (e.g., CJK, Cyrillic, Arabic). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and 3D design tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D. Solid understanding of RTL, vertical, and complex text layouts; experience with text expansion and spacing. Familiarity with 3D file formats (FBX, OBJ, GLTF) and rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift. Strong eye for detail, brand consistency, and iconographic adaptation for cultural context. Must have a stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps; 4 Mbps preferred) and be open to completing a design test post-NDA signature. Benefits
