Summary

The Supervisor - Wholesale Planning position will assist in overseeing and executing logistics planning objectives for key core customers. This position will focus on forecasting, data analysis, and reporting to ensure logistics operations align with organizational goals. The Supervisor will support the Wholesale Planning Manager by coordinating with internal operational departments and regional managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of wholesale initiatives.

Responsibilities Wholesale Planning & Forecasting

Assist in the oversight and execution of wholesale logistics planning by location Contribute to the preparation and tracking of wholesale forecasts to ensure alignment with sales objectives

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Support the analysis of performance at each key supply chain step: arrivals, allocations, processing, and deliveries Provide insights and recommendations for adjustments to wholesale targets based on performance analysis

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with internal departments, including Ports, VPCs, and Transportation teams to ensure execution of plans Regularly communicate with customers to track and ensure that regional objectives are met Ensure proper communication between all stakeholders, both internal and external, to guarantee the accuracy and success of logistics operations

Reporting & Feedback Implementation:

Assist with updates to existing reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with wholesale objectives Support the creation of new reporting mechanisms based on customer feedback and market trends to provide greater value Other duties as assigned

Compensation

$74,000-$84,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred 5 - 8 Years of Direct Experience in Forecasting, Data Analysis, and/or Process Improvement Required Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Project Management, and/or Automotive Experience Preferred 6 - 9 Years of Direct Experience Preferred 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required 4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred Physical Requirements
