About the Role
OrthoArizona is seeking a highly motivated and strategic
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across our clinic and operational locations. You'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy through a focus on
employee relations ,
training and development , and
benefits support -while helping build a workplace where employees thrive.
What You'll Do
-Be a Strategic Partner Collaborate with department leaders to align HR solutions with business goals Analyze workforce data and trends to inform leadership decisions Lead initiatives in talent planning, change management, and culture building -Drive Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters, coaching, and conflict resolution Support leaders with performance management and workplace investigations Develop programs that promote retention, feedback, and employee satisfaction -Support Training and Development
Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning plans Design and facilitate onboarding, compliance, and leadership development programs Support succession planning and leadership pipeline growth -Support Benefits and Communications
Partner with internal and external benefits teams to resolve complex employee issues Lead open enrollment support and benefits education initiatives Ensure equitable understanding and access to wellness and benefit programs -Maintain HR Operations & Compliance
Uphold HR data accuracy and compliance through reporting and audits Implement HR policies aligned with state/federal employment law Participate in HR systems and process improvement projects What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a strategic/generalist HRBP role SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred Experience in healthcare or multi-site organizations a plus Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage time and build trust across multiple teams
Special Requirement
This role requires regular, in-person travel to OrthoArizona clinics and operational sites throughout the Phoenix area.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
