The Contact Center Representative is the frontline voice of the bank, responsible for delviering prompt, accurate, and courteous service to their customers via phone, email, and digital channels. Excellent opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online messages in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction questions, online banking issues, and debit/credit card concerns. Provide information about banking products, loan offerings, branch services, and digital banking tools. Log and track customer interactions in CRM and banking systems. Support fraud detection, account security protocols Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher a plus. 1+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or retail banking environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
