Job Summary
The In-House Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for the organization. This role works closely with department managers and Human Resources to understand staffing needs, develop job postings, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure timely and successful hiring.
Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Draft, post, and manage job advertisements using the Applicant Tracking System (isolved). Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule, coordinate, and attend interviews. Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking. Assist with employer branding through social media, job fairs, and community partnerships. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies. Assist Human Resources with administrative duties and miscellaneous tasks such as onboarding. Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house or corporate environment. Understands recruitment practices, labor laws, and HR best practices. Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What we offer:
