OverviewPlacement Type: PermanentSalary: $70K - $100,000Start Date: 08.18.2025We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst (Digital) to monitor, analyze, and optimize our digital properties, enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and supporting business goals for improved conversions and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of web analytics tools and the ability to collaborate with partner teams to drive business outcomes. This hybrid role is based in our Naperville, IL office (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote), which is integral to our company culture. Responsibilities include: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on website performance metrics, user journeys, and online behavior to understand the conversion funnel, identify drop-off points, and develop improvement opportunities. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs on website performance and user engagement. Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Partnering with Digital Marketing, IT, and Product teams to support web analytics needs. Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Full Story, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/JavaScript for tag implementation. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and/or Python for data extraction and analysis is a plus. Understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing principles, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms. Financial service or subscription service industry experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Google Analytics certification preferred. Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $69,800 - $103,400 USD annually, with specific pay dependent on qualifications, experience, education, and skill set. Compensation may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan, or commission target.
