Senior HR Generalist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) Location:
Corporate HQ, High Point, NC

We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist who is as engaged in the day-to-day as they are strategic in thinking-and who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities Full-cycle HR Support:
Partner with business leaders on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Proactively identify and resolve issues; conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and drive initiatives that foster a positive culture. Policy Development & Compliance:
Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. HR Program Management:
Lead benefit enrollments, leave administration (FMLA/LOA), wellness initiatives, and recognition programs. Training & Development:
Design and deliver training on HR topics (e.g., harassment prevention, diversity & inclusion, performance management). HR Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain HRIS data integrity; generate insights on turnover, headcount, and other key metrics to inform leadership decisions. Qualifications Bilingual Proficiency
in English and Spanish (verbal and written). 5+ years
of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong Employee Relations
background: you don't shy away from tough conversations, investigations, or difficult scenarios. Hands-On Mentality:
You're a doer-comfortable leading projects yourself and jumping in where needed. HRIS & Compliance Savvy:
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and up-to-date knowledge of employment laws. Excellent Communication:
Able to build trust with employees at all levels, translating policy into clear, actionable guidance.
