High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred CPO and swimming pool experience a plus Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Basic tools and reliable transportation required Strong communication and customer service skills Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance for buildings, grounds, and amenities Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents Manage maintenance inventory and supplies Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
