High school diploma or GED. Prior maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing. HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus. Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems. Ability to handle after-hours calls. Basic tools and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills. Position Duties:
Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities. Handle service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy. Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment. Adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
