HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
to join our team in
Jackson, MS . This position offers
weekly pay at $18/hr
and the potential to transition into a
permanent role
for the right candidate. You'll be responsible for maintaining apartment units and property systems, performing HVAC-related repairs, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

1-2 years of maintenance experience
and a current

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain
HVAC systems
(routine and emergency calls) Repair and maintain
plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems Complete
unit turns/make-readies
between residents Address and resolve work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain property grounds and curb appeal (minor landscaping, trash pickup, etc.) Ensure general upkeep of the property's interior and exterior Conduct routine inspections for safety, maintenance needs, and compliance Qualifications HVAC Certification required
(EPA or equivalent) 1-2 years
of apartment or property maintenance experience Working knowledge of general maintenance tools and systems Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently Strong attention to detail and time management skills Must be dependable and professional with good communication skills
