Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (routine and emergency calls) Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems Complete unit turns/make-readies between residents Address and resolve work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain property grounds and curb appeal (minor landscaping, trash pickup, etc.) Ensure general upkeep of the property's interior and exterior Conduct routine inspections for safety, maintenance needs, and compliance Qualifications
