We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and personable
Front Desk Receptionist & Recruiter
to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors and candidates, you’ll play a key role in upholding Nation Security’s professional image while contributing to our recruitment efforts and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, assist with onboarding, and support overall recruitment efforts.
Front Desk Management:
Welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm, professional demeanor. Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail efficiently.
Visitor Security:
Enforce sign-in protocols to ensure building security and maintain visitor logs.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage data entry, prepare documents, photocopy materials, and complete other clerical duties as needed.
Calendar Oversight:
Schedule appointments and manage team calendars to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
Bilingual:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in recruitment, reception, or administrative support.
Strong Communicator:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
Professionalism:
Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively in a busy environment.
