Starting at $24.00/hour Location:
Onsite in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy Assist patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries Transfer calls to appropriate nurses or physicians Conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed Accurately input and manage data in internal systems Support general office tasks and clerical duties What We're Looking For
1+ years of customer service experience (healthcare or call center preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy A genuine passion for helping others and delivering quality service
