What You'll Be Doing
Answer inbound phone calls and assigned email requests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Provide excellent customer service and swift resolutions. Perform troubleshooting tasks regarding the registration process, login process, or other miscellaneous issues. Assist callers with the navigation of the company website, applications, and surveys. What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year call center experience
required . Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
required . Proficiency using Microsoft Word & Excel
required . Work Hours (Multiple Options Available after a 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F training schedule):
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-F 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM M-F 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM M-F 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM M-F Job Type:
Contract for 6 months with high potential to extend & convert Full-time (40 hrs/wk) Pay Details:
$16.00 per hour
