Senior Data Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional data services to large school districts and state education agencies, focusing on special education management systems, data warehousing, and related programs. You will be responsible for executing data migration, ensuring data quality, and supporting data system implementations, all while working independently to enhance strategic and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead and validate software implementation tasks, including data migration and integration. Write complex SQL queries and utilize advanced data mining techniques. Perform data quality assurance and validation activities. Prepare materials and agendas for client meetings based on data analysis. Assist clients with electronic data submissions and uploads into our systems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as data dictionaries and flow diagrams. Produce detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet client needs and support data-driven decisions. Engage in client management by resolving queries, providing support, and nurturing relationships. Collaborate with IT on data governance and warehouse requirements. Required Skills: Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access and Excel. Experience with data scripting and automation techniques. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Visio, Asana, and JIRA. Experience with Python, SQL, or similar data platforms. Experience: Bachelor's degree and significant data analysis experience. 3+ years in K-12 or education-related environments. 5+ years of professional data analyst experience. PCG offers competitive compensation ranging from $77,500 to $100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401k plan, paid time off, and parental leave.
