We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep operations running smoothly by servicing overhead cranes, hydraulic systems, and industrial equipment. Pay: $32.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM start | Must be flexible to meet production needs
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on cranes, hoists, and hydraulics Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and cables Conduct OSHA- and ASME-compliant inspections Use hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools to complete repairs Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Maintain service records and assist with preventive maintenance planning Collaborate with safety and production teams to reduce downtime Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; trade school or certification preferred 3+ years of industrial equipment or crane maintenance experience Strong knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics and crane safety standards Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) preferred Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments Electrical troubleshooting and crane inspection certifications are a plus
