Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth flow of service and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival. Manage seating and maintain an organized waitlist to ensure timely service. Take reservations over the phone and in person. Answer incoming calls and take accurate to-go orders. Assist in bussing and resetting tables to maintain a clean dining area. Perform nightly cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces, organizing menus, and tidying the host stand area. Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications:
Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits:
