What You'll Do: •
Troubleshoot & Repair
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on high-tech packaging machines. •
Install & Maintain
- Set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment at customer locations. •
Remote & On-Site Support
- Provide expert assistance both in person and via cutting-edge remote support technology. •
Customer Engagement
- Deliver top-tier service while training customers on proper machine operation. •
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and service managers.
What You Bring:
Technical Skills:
3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues. Problem-Solving Mindset:
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges. Customer-Focused Approach:
Strong communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude. Flexibility:
Willingness to travel extensively (70-85%) and adapt to changing schedules. Training & Growth:
Willing to undergo comprehensive training, including online, in-house, and shadowing senior FSTs.
