You will take charge of talent strategy and organizational development, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and focusing on enhancing performance and promoting business growth. The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR or related business leadership. A robust background in high-performing software development or technology-based organizations. Experience supporting go-to-market and sales teams, especially within software or digital environments. Proven expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent management. The ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural international setting. M&A experience (a plus). A strong understanding of business dynamics and learning agility.
