In this pivotal role, you will be the lead development officer and a strategic fundraising collaborator. You will work closely with the dean and other academic leaders to fulfill the institution's ambitious fundraising goals. Your responsibilities include designing and executing both annual and long-term fundraising plans, managing a portfolio of major individual and corporate prospects, and mentoring a dynamic team of fundraising professionals. You will play an integral role in involving faculty, students, and alumni in development initiatives and ensuring accurate documentation of all donor engagements. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of securing significant philanthropic support, with a focus on six-, seven-, and eight-figure gifts. You should excel in identifying, qualifying, and soliciting major gift prospects, as well as mentoring and leading fundraising staff effectively.
