This is a key leadership position where you will serve as the primary development officer and partner to the dean and academic leaders in reaching the college's fundraising goals. You will have the opportunity to design and implement both annual and long-term fundraising strategies, manage and cultivate a high-value portfolio of individual and corporate prospects, and mentor a team of development professionals. Your role will include engaging various stakeholders in development initiatives, preparing briefing documents, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all donor interactions. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and preferably a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, alongside a minimum of 10 years in fundraising, specifically in higher education or healthcare settings. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a capacity to secure significant gifts, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a complex organizational environment.
