Position Overview:

MP Materials is seeking an energetic, hands-on, and detail oriented HR Generalist provides to support our greenfield Fort Worth, TX Magnetics facility across all functional areas of HR. This role will own various projects from conception to completion that support our owner-operator culture across all levels of the organization. The role will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement activities and HR KPI analytics along with supporting HR & site leadership by ensuring that day-to-day tasks and requests are handled and documented.

Position Responsibilities: Lead system integration and optimization efforts for HR, including task tracking, documenting, monitoring timelines, reviewing resource needs, escalating as appropriate, and driving to project completion. Support the HR Director and site leadership team in ensuring that day-to-day tasks and requests are handled and documented. Support the various HR areas with ad hoc projects and tasks, including operations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development and training, employee engagement, and other functions. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating HR processes and procedures, proposing solutions, and driving solutions to completion. Identify and drive continuous improvement solutions for the HR function. Own the completion and distribution of HR KPI dashboards and analytics to include relevant metrics to support HR and company leadership with human capital direction and decision making. Partner with internal teams and stakeholders for HR-related initiatives, such as townhall and other employee engagement events or Magnetics specific communications. Manage the HR calendar that outlines activities, timelines, and deadlines required of the team. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience with proficiency using ADP and other HR systems and technology. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field of study. Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with HR cross functional teams, business operations, and other stakeholders within the business. Demonstrated ability to interpret information, make suggestions, and drive change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated time management skills, and ability to retain responsiveness in a vibrant, multi-task environment. Desired Qualities:

Experience and/or strong knowledge of overall HR generalist practices, such as compensation, benefits, talent management, DEI, and HR operations. Experience working directly with/for senior leadership positions. Experience developing and/or maintaining relationships with external organizations. General project management skills and/or experience launching initiatives and programs. Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office suite.
