Job Description
Cycle Zone Powersports is looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our retail sales department. This role combines managing a team while working directly with customers to close deals. You'll coach 3-4 sales reps, set performance goals, track progress, and help keep the sales floor running efficiently and profitably.

Position Description
Lead and support a team of 3-4 sales reps. Set clear goals and hold the team accountable to results. Assist customers throughout the sales process and close deals. Track leads, sources, and conversion rates to improve performance. Ensure the team is actively using the CRM to follow up and log activity. Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs and reporting. Work with OEM reps to maximize co-op dollars and available incentives. Conduct regular performance reviews and help team members grow. Help set pricing, plan promotions, and organize sales events. Manage the sales floor layout to highlight key inventory. Evaluate trade-ins and help set values on used units. Coordinate with Parts, Service, and F&I to ensure a smooth customer experience. Review and verify deal paperwork is completed accurately. Monitor sales performance and report to upper management. Maintain a clean, organized showroom and foster a strong team culture. Position Requirements
Three years of Proven sales leadership experience in powersports, automotive, or similar industries. Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills. Experience working directly with customers and closing deals. Comfortable setting goals and holding a team accountable. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. Valid driver's license.
