GFA supports national workers serving as the hands and feet of Christ in four main ways. Sponsoring national missionaries to minister to people's needs, sponsoring children, investing in community development and helping families in need of care or during disasters.

About the Apprenticeship:

Are you passionate about helping others and want to use your technical skills for the furtherment of the Great Commission? In our Ministry Apprenticeship Program, you will assist the Recruitment department and have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in talent acquisition with a unique opportunity to represent our ministry at career fairs, conferences, and universities. This role is perfect for someone looking to be a part of something greater than themselves and challenge the next generation to partake in the Great Commission. In the Apprenticeship Program you will also have the opportunity to be immersed in a Christ-centered community and grow in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you are a recent graduate, changing careers, or an early-career professional this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Learn & Do:

Help post job openings on external job boards Source and identify candidates using platforms like Handshake and job boards Review resumes and assist in candidate outreach and screening Schedule interviews and maintain communication with applicants Support the coordination and logistics of recruitment events Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and university events to promote open roles and internship opportunities Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies Assist with employer branding and social media content related to hiring May assist in making calls to local churches Who This Is For:

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative Sales experience is a plus but not required What We Offer:
