Business Development & Growth Strategy Manager

You'll act as a key player in developing go-to-market initiatives, building long-term relationships, and scaling brand presence. With a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit, you'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to influence direction, generate revenue, and help elevate a growing mission-led tech platform from the ground up.
Accountabilities:
Serve as the strategic partner to the CEO, supporting high-level initiatives and daily operations with a focus on growth. Lead business development efforts: identify, pitch, and close partnerships with Fortune-level companies. Design and execute creative initiatives to attract and connect with new corporate clients. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while coordinating cross-functional project execution. Develop go-to-market strategies, support due diligence, and assist in partner negotiations. Plan and manage events, activations, and speaking engagements that enhance brand exposure. Track and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to inform business development strategies. Create high-level proposals and communications tailored to partners and investors. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization through public engagements and industry forums. Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, marketing, or external partnerships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to experiment, iterate, and create new strategies. Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communications; strong awareness of branding and social trends. In-depth understanding of current world affairs, market dynamics, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform strategic decision-making. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time; NYC-based candidates preferred. Background in startups, tech, or mission-driven organizations is highly valued. Benefits
