Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic

Talent Acquisition Specialist

with a passion for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier consulting talent in the life sciences industry. This individual will play a key role in scaling our consulting teams by identifying high-performing professionals across market access, commercialization, real-world evidence, and other strategy-focused functions. As a member of our high-impact talent team, you will support end-to-end recruitment and help evolve our hiring strategy to meet current and future business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Support full-cycle recruitment

for consulting roles (Associate to Director level) across key practice areas such as HEOR, market access, strategy, and commercial consulting. Partner with hiring managers to understand capability gaps, team dynamics, and hiring needs in alignment with project pipelines and client demands. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and industry events to build diverse and qualified pipelines. Facilitate screening, interview coordination, and candidate debrief sessions, ensuring seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paylocity, HiBob); provide regular reporting on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and pipeline health. Collaborate with Talent, People Ops, and hiring managers to support onboarding transitions and workforce planning. Track talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices within the life sciences consulting space. Contribute to employer branding efforts, and candidate engagement initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Life Sciences, or related field. 3+ years of experience recruiting within a consulting, life sciences, or healthcare strategy environment (in-house or agency). Strong understanding of consulting skillsets within biopharma (e.g., launch, commercialization, evidence generation, patient and/or access strategy). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment. Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with project-based hiring models and agile consulting resourcing needs. Exposure to global hiring or talent planning across US, EU5, LATAM Passion for working in a mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes and healthcare value.
