The Berean Operations team is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to orchestrate the complete employee journey from recruitment through transition. As our HR Generalist, you'll design engaging recruitment experiences, create seamless onboarding pathways, and champion strategic HR initiatives that reflect both professional excellence and Berean's mission.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the full recruitment process from job posting to hire, collaborating with hiring managers throughout Create compelling job postings that engage and inform potential candidates Design and implement seamless onboarding experiences that effectively integrate new staff members Provide ongoing HR guidance and support to staff and leadership Contribute to strategic discussions regarding positive organizational change Manage employee lifecycle functions in ADP including time-off, status changes, and occasional payroll support Eligibility:

Passion for Gospel ministry and servant leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintain or establish membership at Berean Baptist Church Model a growing, personal relationship with Christ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources and 1-3 years' experience in Operations and team settings preferred Full Time - 40 Hours a Week
