Job Title: Benefits Analyst (4-Month Contract) Location: Seattle, WA Contract Duration: July 28, 2025 to December 2025

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits Analyst for a 4-month contract role based in Seattle, WA. This position will support our HR and Benefits team during the open enrollment season, ensuring accurate data analysis, reporting, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze employee benefits data and generate reports to support decision-making. - Assist in the administration of health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. - Support open enrollment activities including employee communications and system updates. - Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure data accuracy. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR analytics. - Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details:

$32.00 to $40.00 per hour
