Benefits Coordinator (Temporary, 3-Months) - Seattle, WA
Our team is looking for a
Benefits Coordinator
to assist with communication, documentation, and employee support during a busy HR cycle. Ideal for someone with strong admin skills and HR familiarity.
Responsibilities: Respond to benefit-related emails and questions
Prepare benefit packets and communications
Support virtual benefits orientations and webinars
Maintain internal documentation and SOPs
Help track deadlines and open enrollment timelines
Qualifications:
1+ years of HR support or benefits coordination
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and benefits portals
Clear communicator and strong time manager
Detail-focused and responsive under pressure
Pay Details:
$23.00 to $28.00 per hour
