Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of administrative experience 2 years of experience in Human Resources Considerable level of professionalism Excellent time management & organizational skills High regard for confidentiality & dependability Reliable transportation Technology proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work at the office from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Human Resources within the blue-collar sector is heavily weighted Proficiency in Spanish Language (speaking, reading, & writing) heavily weighted Ability to quickly grasp concepts Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now Experience with timekeeping and attendance management Experience with benefit administration Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design platforms About the Role:

The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions within Sun Services, ensuring that the workforce is effectively supported. The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and facilitating communication between management and staff. Ultimately, the HR Generalist contributes to the overall success of the company by promoting a culture of compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs. Administer employee benefits and safety programs, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Support performance management processes, including participating in investigations and providing guidance to managers. Promote employee relations by responding promptly and accurately to employee inquiries. Process annual audits, conduct records audits, amend errors, pull records, perform research projects, and compile reports as needed. Foster employee engagement by planning and executing events under the guidance of the program director. Adhere to and advocate all company policies and initiatives. Maintains compliance with local, state & federal regulations. Performs other duties as assigned
