Address employee relations matters by resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Lead training and development initiatives, enhancing employee growth opportunities. Assist in benefits administration and performance management activities. Work collaboratively with leadership to implement strategies for enhanced workforce engagement, diversity, and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred). Experience in human resources (typically 2-5 years or more). Familiarity with HR systems/software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices; ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment. Requirements: Proven experience in human resources administration, including payroll processing and benefits management. Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution strategies. Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee records. Experience handling onboarding processes and recruitment activities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to address employee concerns effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in managing open enrollment processes and related benefit functions. Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
