Position Summary:

Under the leadership of the Director, Human Resources, the Recruiter is an active member of the Human Resource team that works to determine the strategic vision, goals, philosophy and direction of CRHS. The Recruiter provides overall operations support to CRHS in the administration of all facets of Human Resources. The Recruiter ensures that the employment programs provide CRHS with the ability to attract and hire employees.

Basic Qualifications: Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or Nursing.

Experience: Requires a level of experience normally acquired with a minimum of four to six years of progressively more experience within a healthcare Human Resources environment or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Licensure, Registrations & Certifications: PHR certification preferred from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Oversees the recruitment function under the general direction of the Director, Human Resources. Prepares and conducts recruitment efforts to attract and hire employees across the full discipline of clinical and nursing jobs, as well as clerical, administrative and professional level jobs. Conducts initial interviews and invites job candidates to department interviews. Develops, communicates and supports retention initiatives while tracking key turnover metrics. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Managing internship programs. Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Responsible for planning and executing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct assessments to identify training needs with the organization through, surveys, performance evaluations and consultations with management. Provides assistance in establishing both short and long-term goals for the department.
