Position description The main functions of this job involve coordinating research tasks:

NIH Project: Data collection; Data Management; Recruitment of Participants; Phone Screening of Participants; Onboarding of Participants to Phone Application for Diary Completion; Human Subjects Approval and Ensuring Ethical Research Conduct; Report Writing; Budget Compliance; Helping to Maintain Compliance with NIH and UC policies and regulations for research contracts and grants.

CDPH: Scheduling launch and quarterly meetings with state contractors; Ensuring work compliance per state contracts; Helping to Maintain Compliance with California and UC policies and regulations for research contracts and grants; Overseeing and revising the budget for a CDPH multi-year project; Ensuring funds are spent in accordance with budget allocations. Basic qualifications

(required at time of application) Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field Additional qualifications

(required at time of start) No less than 6 months of experience in working on research involving LGBTQ+ communities.

No less than 6 months in coordinating research projects.

Prior experience with NIH or state and/or federal research projects. Application Requirements
