Job Summary:
This is a pivotal hybrid position requiring a presence in our San Jose office two days a week, aimed at optimizing Adobe's transaction strategies to support corporate customer needs effectively while ensuring compliance and revenue growth. The role involves structuring profitable transactions, accelerating deal closures by working closely with sales teams, and ensuring policy adherence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the deal approval process, drafting customer contracts, and facilitating cross-functional communication to drive deal value clarity and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure transactions to address customer needs and Adobe's objectives. Manage the deal approval process and ensure policy and procedure compliance. Draft and certify customer contracts while interacting with internal stakeholders. Communicate deal status and value with sales teams and management. Analyze and propose improvements for the deal structure and approval processes.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong finance and negotiation skills. Experience with contract drafting and analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or a Deal Desk role within the technology or software industry is highly preferred.
