Pay Range: $50-$55/hr on W2 or C2C
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Analyst to support and enhance quality programs for Data Centers, focusing on driving corrective actions and improvements across internal and external stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to identify issues, define remedies, and oversee the implementation of quality methodologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at using data for informed decision-making, developing quality management systems, and implementing business process improvements to support our dynamic project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with Program Managers, stakeholders, and suppliers to manage quality issues and implement corrective actions. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation with cross-functional teams, utilizing business and data analysis techniques. Evaluate and assess supplier quality control programs through comprehensive risk assessments. Conduct detailed research and analysis to understand the impact of quality escalations. Manage and program operational tasks, ensuring adherence to quality methodologies and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools. Strong expertise in quality management systems and quality improvement tools (Six Sigma, TQM). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or operations within highly technical sectors such as Automotive, Construction/Industrial, Aviation, or IT. Experience in fast-paced IT Quality environments, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly preferred.
