About the Role
We are excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing Performance. In this senior leadership position, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to maximize customer acquisition, boost revenue growth, and enhance marketing efficiency at scale.
You will be at the forefront of building and leading a dynamic team of performance marketing experts, managing substantial media budgets, and harnessing data analytics to drive effective demand generation, lead generation, and customer retention. Your key responsibilities will include crafting and executing potent digital marketing strategies, optimizing media expenditures, analyzing campaign results, and ensuring seamless collaboration with product, sales, and creative teams.
The role also involves establishing a robust analytics function for our marketing organization and producing compelling business cases based on the latest trends and best practices within performance marketing. We seek a candidate with a stellar track record of building and leading high-performing teams, particularly within a Center of Excellence model in large B2B marketing environments.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years' experience in B2B marketing, with expertise in lead generation, account-based marketing, and marketing automation. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities are essential, along with experience in creating a unified tech stack. We are looking for a visionary professional who is big-picture oriented, experimental, forward-thinking, and ownership-minded. This role requires an individual who can independently drive projects and achieve results, demonstrating the ability to make data-driven decisions to solve issues and propose innovative ideas.
