Job Description:
Hiring for highly motivated Logistics Operations Specialists to support the daily movement of freight across our North American fulfillment network.
In this role, you’ll coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient freight movement. You’ll use data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily freight operations and resolve transportation issues
Communicate with external partners (carriers, vendors, suppliers) to ensure service excellence
Analyze data from multiple sources (Excel, Access, SQL, etc.) to support decision-making
Monitor appointment and arrival times, identifying trends and recommending improvements
Create weekly reports and narratives summarizing performance and variances
Escalate issues and follow through to resolution
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with tech teams to define business and functional requirements for tools and systems
Develop and track performance metrics to drive results
Top Skills:
Customer service and conflict resolution
Operations and logistics coordination
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (preferred but not required)
Background in customer account management, escalation handling, or analytical roles
Ability to manage multiple inputs and resolve issues independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience Level:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
